  • Time allowed: 4 x 1h30 *can be modified
  • In the university restaurant

  • 4 meals to prepare: 1 starter, 1 main course, 1 dessert + 1 meal with leftovers

CLASSIFICATION

  •  Each dish will be judged by the TITE 2018 jury
  • End of the 2nd round: half of the teams will be eliminated
  • End of the 3rd round: half of the teams will be eliminated
